Deckhand 80m

We are currently seeking an experienced Deckhand to join a busy 80m private motor yacht operating a dual-season Mediterranean / Caribbean program. This vessel launched last year and offers an organised structure and crew-focused owners.

The role:

• Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
• Heavy involvement in tender operations and day-to-day deck duties.
• Active private program cruising between the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
• Part of a professional, structured, and well-managed deck team.
• Owners are personable, engaged with the crew, and maintain a positive onboard atmosphere.
• Start date: end of June.
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deckhand, ideally on similar-sized yachts.
• Yachtmaster - essential.
• Large tender driving experience preferred.
• Divemaster certification and/or strong fishing experience highly advantageous.
• B1/B2 visa preferred but not essential.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to thrive within a structured team environment.
