Deckhand 90m

We are looking for an experienced Deckhand to join a 90m private motor yacht ahead of a busy Med season. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run dual-season program offering strong sea time, excellent tender driving exposure, and genuine opportunities for progression within the deck team.

The role:

• Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
• Heavy involvement in tender operations.
• Dual-season private program operating between the Mediterranean, the United States, and the Caribbean.
• Active cruising schedule with strong sea time throughout the year.
• Joining location: France or Italy.
• Start date: within two weeks.

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of yachting experience preferred.
• B1/B2 visa in hand.
• Confident tender driving skills preferred; large tender experience highly advantageous.
• Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating beneficial but not essential.
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on and proactive attitude.
