Deck/AEC Engineer – Private/Charter 30m M/Y

A seasonal opportunity for a Deck/Engineer to join a well-maintained 30m private and charter motor yacht. This is a hands-on dual role, ideal for someone with the basic certificates in engineering knowledge and confident deck skills who enjoys working in a small, close-knit crew. The vessel operates a busy single-season program and is homeported in Italy.

Package: Salary paid in Euros

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 2 year’s experience as Deck/Engineer on yachts 20m+
• Good all-round deckhand skills and tender driving experience
• Basic engineering knowledge and proactive problem-solving ability
• Languages spoken Italian or English
• Positive, motivated, and professional attitude
• Team player with excellent communication skills

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid)
• PBL2
• AEC 2 (preferred)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
