We are currently seeking a professional and highly organised Divemaster or Dive Instructor / Chief Steward / Chief Stewardess to join the team.
Position overview: This is a dynamic, guest-facing role focused on delivering luxury hospitality and maintaining the highest standards of onboard service and vessel presentation. The successful candidate will oversee interior operations, guest comfort, provisioning, and seamless charter execution across the fleet. Candidates with a Divemaster or Dive Instructor certification are strongly preferred, as the role may include assisting with snorkel or dive activities, guest preparation, and in-water support when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service with professionalism and attention to detail
- Lead all interior hospitality operations, including service, presentation, and guest comfort
- Maintain vessel interiors to luxury standards of cleanliness, organisation, and aesthetics
- Manage provisioning, inventory, and onboard supplies
- Assist with food & beverage service, including premium service delivery
- Support trip logistics, guest preparation, and onboard coordination
- Collaborate closely with captains, dive professionals, and crew to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with snorkelling or diving activities when qualified (DM/Instructor preferred)
- Provide marine interpretation and guest engagement where appropriate
- Promote safe, eco-conscious practices onboard and during water-based activities
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Required qualifications:
- Strong background in hospitality, luxury service, or yacht/charter operations
- Valid STCW certification
- Current EFR/CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and service-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Divemaster or Dive Instructor certification (PADI, SSI, or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Steward/Stewardess or Chief Steward/Stewardess
- Experience working in luxury tourism, private charters, or yachting
- Food & beverage service training or mixology skills
- Knowledge of the Turks and Caicos marine environment
- Additional watersports, guiding, or marine hospitality experience
