Deckhand 70m+

We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 70m+ private/charter motor yacht operating a varied dual-season program. This is a great chance to join a busy vessel with an active itinerary and a mix of private owner trips and charter activity.

The role:

• Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
• Active involvement in tender operations, watersports, and day-to-day deck duties.
• Varied itinerary including Northern European cruising, remote expedition-style owner trips, and charter operations.
• Upcoming program includes adventurous cruising followed by a yard period before returning to the Caribbean season.
• Busy dual-season private/charter program with charters booked.
• Start date: before 24th May.
• Open to both male and female candidates.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally 1 year of yachting experience, although strong candidates with around 6 months may be considered if they bring additional skills.
• Confident, adaptable, and happy working within a busy operational program.
• Additional skills highly advantageous, such as carpentry, kiteboarding, nutrition, or Yoga/Pilates.

What's on offer:

• Salary: $3000 - 3500 USD DOE.
• Leave: 4:1 rotation.
