Temp villa housekeeper - Ibiza

We are seeking an experienced housekeeper to join a villa support team in Ibiza for part of the summer season.

The role:

  • Contract dates: 15th June – 3rd August 2026
  • Housekeeping-focused role within a small villa team of 5
  • Wellness-focused guest environment with a calm, relaxed atmosphere
  • Staff accommodation located separately from the main villa

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in yachting or luxury hospitality
  • Senior or 2nd Stewardess-level experience preferred
  • Strong housekeeping standards and excellent presentation
  • Mature, discreet and comfortable in a guest-focused environment
  • Must currently be based in the UK or Europe
  • Spanish speaking is a bonus but not required

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
