House Manager - Private Residence - Bondi, Sydney

MYS is looking for a House Manager/ PA on behalf of a high profile Australian social figure to take care of general household needs.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, reliable, with high attention to detail.

The Position:
• Monday to Friday – Full time hours (7am - 3pm)
• Optional hours on weekends
• Position to start asap

House Manager / PA Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handling classified materials as required.
• General household responsibilities such as laundry, changing bed linen, clothing organisation, grocery shopping, loading/unloading the dishwasher, house tidying and cleaning.
• Organising general house maintenance
• Support with family pet including vet requirements
• Moving of goods from house to surrounding off-site storage facilities
• Personal Assistant duties including but not limited to printing documents and diary management (personal appointments and calendars)
• Personal Travel Management
• Preparing family meals
• Collaborate with Nanny, Executive Assistant and Assistant to EA to achieve common goals. Providing support to other team members as required.
• Assist with multiple property management
• Run personal errands as requested.
• Organising Invoices and Payments for house/ Personal Management

Our ideal candidate will need:
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• First Aid Certificate or willing to update (we will pay for cost)
• Working with Children certification
• Australian working rights for full-time hours with no restrictions
• Domestically orientated
• A warm, caring, patient and bubbly personality
• A driver's licence (no demerit points) - Family will provide vehicle, if necessary.
