Lead Deckhand/Watersports Manager – Private – 100m+ Motor Yacht

Hill Robinson presents an opportunity for an experienced Lead Deckhand/Watersports Manager to join a highly desirable 100m+ motor yacht operating a busy dual season itinerary on a private programme.

Start date: June
Itinerary: Mediterranean / Caribbean
Rotation: 3:1
Salary: Paid in EUR

Experience and attributes required

  • 2+ years experience as a Deckhand on a 90m+ motor yacht
  • Kitesurfing instructor (foiling experience preferred) or advanced kitesurfing ability
  • Flite, Awakeboard and Flyboard experience
  • Good tender driving skills
  • Experience operating Vikal tenders advantageous

Qualifications required

  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
  • STCW (fully updated) and Crowd Control & Crisis Management
  • IKO Level Instructor
  • PWC Instructor Licence holder

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
