Travelling Male Valet Dubai / EU

We are delighted to be working with a distinguished UHNW client to recruit an experienced and exceptionally professional Travelling Private Valet. The Principal is a well-travelled gentleman of discerning taste, dividing his time between residences in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. This is a rare and outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled valet to join a discreet, well-run private household and travel extensively in personal service at the very highest level.

The successful candidate will provide seamless, impeccable personal service to the Principal at all times, both at his primary residence and throughout international travel. Working as part of a well-established household team, you will be the Principal’s primary point of contact for all personal and wardrobe-related matters, ensuring he is presented immaculately and that every aspect of his personal life is managed with discretion and precision.

You will be employed on a UAE contract, offering a tax-free salary. When based in Dubai, you will arrange your own accommodation; when travelling with the family or based in the UK or Europe, accommodation is fully provided. The family are currently based in the UK, moving to Ibiza for the summer, before returning to Dubai later in the year.

Candidates must hold a valid EU or UK passport.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide the highest standard of personal valet service to the Principal at all times, both in residence and whilst travelling
• Manage, maintain, and organise the Principal’s entire wardrobe, including suits, formal wear, casual attire, and accessories
• Undertake all laundry, pressing, steaming, and specialist garment care to an impeccable standard
• Pack and unpack luggage for all travel, ensuring correct seasonal and location-appropriate attire is prepared in advance
• Accompany the Principal on all international travel, providing a seamless and consistent level of personal service across every location
• Liaise with tailors, dry cleaners, cobblers, and other specialist service providers on behalf of the Principal
• Manage clothing repairs, alterations, and new commissions, maintaining meticulous records of the wardrobe inventory
• Anticipate the Principal’s personal requirements and ensure all items are prepared and presented ahead of schedule
• Run personal errands and assist with ad hoc requests as required by the Principal
• Maintain the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times
• Coordinate closely with the wider household team to ensure seamless daily operations
• Support with the organisation of the Principal’s personal items, travel documents, and essential accessories

Ideal Candidate

• Significant experience as a Private Valet within a UHNW private household, with a demonstrable track record of international travel
• Male, as requested by the client
• Formally trained in valet service or from a luxury hospitality background with equivalent experience
• Exceptional knowledge of high-end fabrics, garment care, tailoring, and luxury brands
• Highly organised, meticulous, and proactive in anticipating the Principal’s needs
• Holder of a valid EU or UK passport, with full flexibility to travel extensively at short notice
• Immaculately presented, well-spoken, and professional in manner at all times
• Calm, adaptable, and composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
• Discreet, loyal, and deeply committed to the standards of private service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with household staff and external suppliers

Package

• Working schedule: 5 days a week
• Visa and health insurance provided
• Accommodation provided when in UK/Europe; candidates arrange their own accommodation when based in Dubai
• All travel expenses covered when accompanying the Principals
• An additional $50 per day when outside of the UAE
• Salary: 20,000 AED per month
