About the Event
We are seeking an exceptionally polished and skilled Bartender for a single exclusive private event aboard a prestigious 50-metre yacht in Monaco. Taking place on the first weekend of June, this is a discreet, high-profile occasion where presentation, precision, and guest experience are paramount. The successful candidate will work alongside the yacht's interior team to deliver a refined, elevated beverage service from set-up through to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar to a flawless standard before and after the event.
• Prepare and serve a curated selection of classic and signature cocktails throughout the evening.
• Deliver attentive, discreet, and personable service to a private high-net-worth guest list.
• Manage bar inventory, glassware, garnishes, and ice efficiently across the duration of the event.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of both the bar area and yourself at all times.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the Chief Stewardess and interior team on service flow and timing.
• Adhere strictly to onboard safety, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Must be available the first weekend of June and able to work in Monaco.
• Proven experience as a bartender in luxury hospitality — high-end hotels, private members' clubs, superyachts, or premium event venues.
• Advanced cocktail mixology skills, including classics, contemporary cocktails, and bespoke creations.
• Strong knowledge of premium spirits, champagne, and fine wines.
• Impeccable personal presentation and refined guest-facing manner.
• Calm, composed, and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced service environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages an asset.
• Right to work in Monaco / EU, or valid documentation in place ahead of the event date.
• Previous yacht or private event experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed based on experience and profile. This is a single-event engagement with the opportunity to be considered for future private occasions.
