We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking an experienced Male Head Butler to oversee and elevate the personal service experience for VIP and high-profile guests, ensuring impeccable standards of luxury, discretion, and attentiveness at all times.

This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and play a key supervisory role within a total project team of 80. The successful candidate will lead the butler team, coordinate seamlessly with all departments, and deliver a refined, highly personalised service experience aligned with international 5* resort standards. All shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA.

Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is June / July. Open to all nationalities. We can only consider male applicants for this particular role. We CAN consider candidates with Middle Eastern experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train and supervise the butler team to deliver personalised and attentive VIP service
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and discreetly
• Manage VIP arrivals, departures and special occasions in coordination with senior management
• Oversee in-room amenities, private dining arrangements and bespoke guest experiences
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requirements
• Ensure adherence to luxury service standards, grooming protocols and confidentiality guidelines
• Handle guest complaints or special situations with professionalism and composure
• Assist in organising private events and exclusive experiences for high-profile guests
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and presentation
• Maintain inventory of butler service equipment and supplies
• Uphold international 5* hospitality standards at all times
• Maintain absolute discretion in all guest interactions

Ideal Candidate

• Male (essential)
• You MUST be able to attend a face to face interview either in:
• Bali – 17th May
• Manila, Philippines – 19th or 20th May
• Malé, Maldives – 22nd May
• Open to all nationalities
• 5–10 years’ experience within luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a Head Butler or supervisory butler role
• Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is ideal or strong yachting experience
• Exceptional etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Highly discreet with refined presentation and cultural awareness
• In-depth knowledge of luxury service standards and VIP protocols
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
• Available to commence in June/July

• Working schedule: 6 days a week
• Visa and health insurance provided

• In-person interview travel reimbursed
• Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 QAR net per month (approximately $4,900 – $5,500 net per month)
