We are seeking a motivated and professional Deckhand to join a well‑run motor yacht for a temporary 2‑month contract, starting in June 2026.

The vessel will join operate a Mediterranean itinerary before entering a shipyard period in August. Due to this, the role is initially offered on a temporary basis, although there is potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ yachting experience, ideally on vessels of a similar size, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and high attention to detail. A willingness to learn from senior crew and contribute to a professional deck team is essential.

A passion for or experience in photography/videography is highly desirable, as this will be a valuable addition to the crew’s skill set.

Candidates must hold all relevant certifications, including STCW (VI/1, II/4 or II/5 as applicable), ENG1, Medical STCW I/9, Crowd & Crisis Management (STCW V/2), and PDSD (STCW VI/6-2). Fluent spoken and written English is required, and a Schengen passport is preferred.

Contract: Temporary (2 months, with potential to become permanent)
Salary: USD 4,500/month
Leave: 38 days per year (pro‑rated)
