Head of Service 100m+ New Build

100m+ private new build motor yacht seeking an experienced Head of Service to join ASAP. This is a senior leadership role within a high-standard interior team, suited to someone with exceptional service knowledge and proven experience running service on large vessels.

The role:

• Lead all guest service operations onboard
• Deliver and oversee high-standard butler-style service
• Train, guide, and develop the service team to maintain consistency and excellence
• Manage formal dining, events, wine service, and guest-facing operations
• Support the setup and establishment of service procedures within a new build environment
• Work within a private programme with a structured interior department
• Start date: ASAP
• B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Head of Service on a 100m+ vessel
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the yachting industry
• Extensive knowledge of luxury service standards and butler-style service
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Professional, polished, and highly organised approach
• Confident managing high-level guest interaction
• All standard yachting certifications
