Position suitable for a team/couple.

Busy private FF 30m expedition-style yacht is looking for an experienced Deck/Stew couple to join at the end of May. Itinerary: New England summer cruising; Bahamas winter 2026 and Mediterranean cruising planned for 2027.

This is a well-run vessel with lovely owners and long-term crew who enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle including diving, fishing and kiting.

We are looking for a couple who are hardworking, enthusiastic, easygoing, professional and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.

Deck:
- Strong tender driving and deck skills required
- Watersports experience preferred, especially diving certs
- YM Offshore preferred
- Ability to follow instruction but also take ownership and have initiative

Stew:
- Confident in both house-keeping and service
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and energetic
- Enthusiastic guest orientated service
- Ability to follow instruction but also take ownership and have initiative

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Experience length:  min 1 year

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 visa is required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
