About This role

Deckhand and Deckhand/Steward(ess) – Private 35m M/Y

We are looking for 2 experienced candidates, one in the role of deckhand and the other deckhand should be able to support on interior when required. This is a seasonal position based in Italy.

– Start date: ASAP / End September
– Itinerary: Mediterranean
– Package: Salary paid in Euros

Experience and attributes required:

– Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
– Must be confident with jet drive tender
– Must be able to work without supervision
– Solid deck maintenance knowledge

Qualifications Required:

– Yachtmaster offshore
– STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
– Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months’ validity)
– Seafarer’s discharge book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
