Job Title: Relief Captain
Contract Type: Temporary / Relief Position
Contract Duration: First week of June 2026 – 15 July 2026 (exact dates TBC)
Monthly Salary: EUR 7,000

Position Overview:

The Relief Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, ensuring high standards of navigation, safety, guest service, and crew management throughout the contract period. The ideal candidate will have proven experience commanding similar-sized private motor yachts and demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and discretion.

Minimum Qualifications / Duties & Responsibilities

• Valid Captain’s license suitable for 35m+ motor yachts
• Extensive experience as Captain or Relief Captain on similar-sized private yachts
• Strong knowledge of yacht operations, navigation, safety procedures, and compliance
• Experience managing crew operations and maintaining high onboard standards
• Professional guest interaction and excellent communication skills
• Previous experience operating in the Middle East region is considered an advantage
• Ability to work independently and maintain discretion at all times
