We are looking for a Deckhand to join a 60m+ world-cruising private motor yacht operating an exploration-style program. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, adventurous candidate to join a well-managed vessel with exciting cruising destinations, supportive owners, and a strong work-life balance.

The role:

  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Strong involvement in tender driving, watersports, and exploration-based activities.
  • Opportunity to cruise remote and varied destinations as part of a world-cruising program.
  • Exploration-style private yacht with an active and adventurous operational profile.
  • Start date: ASAP or within 1-2 weeks for the right candidate.

What we're looking for:

  • Yachtmaster Offshore minimum.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience on similar-sized yachts.
  • Excellent tender driving skills and solid deck knowledge.
  • Strong waterman background highly preferred.
  • Additional experience in spearfishing, freediving, scuba diving, or surfing highly advantageous.
  • Experience on exploration or support-style yachts beneficial.
  • B1/B2 visa required.
  • Motivated, adaptable, and keen to be part of an active world-cruising program.
  • Male candidates only.

  • Leave: 98 days per year (4:1 rotation plus an additional month at a suitable time for the vessel).

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
