European Male Butler - Dubai

We are working exclusively with a returning UHNW family based in Emirates Hills, Dubai, to hire a full-time Male Butler. The residence is not a full-time property, and as such, the successful candidate must be prepared to work diligently when the family is in residence, whilst also demonstrating the initiative and integrity to maintain the household to the highest standard during quieter periods.

The incoming butler will work alongside an established butler and a dedicated housekeeping and kitchen team. The family expect impeccable standards, total professionalism, and absolute discretion from all members of their household staff. Please note that this is a live-out position and accommodation is not provided.

Candidates must currently be based in Dubai and hold a European or UK passport. Male candidates only, as requested by the family.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth
• Serving meals and beverages, including formal table settings and silver service
• Working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and thorough organisation throughout the household
• Maintaining and organising the Principal’s wardrobe, including packing and unpacking for travel
• Overseeing household inventories and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked
• Providing valet services, including the care of luxury clothing, footwear, and accessories
• Ensuring the security and privacy of the household and its members at all times
• Liaising with external service providers, contractors, and vendors as required
• Handling personal errands and special requests from the Principal
• Managing the care and maintenance of high-value items, including artwork and antiques

Ideal Candidate

• A European or UK passport holder is essential
• Male, as requested by the family
• Formal butler training and solid private household experience
• Smart, polished presentation with the utmost professionalism at all times
• Excellent communicator, able to liaise effectively between the kitchen, housekeeping, and the Principals
• Confident in liaising with drivers and security to ensure seamless daily operations
• High levels of attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Currently based in Dubai

Package

• Working schedule: 6 days per week when the family are in residence, 5 days per week otherwise
• Working visa provided
• Medical insurance provided
• 30 days of annual leave with one return flight home every two years
• Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 AED net per month
