Fleet Captain – Superyachts to 110' – Perth Based

MYS is on the search for an experienced yacht captain to go fully shore based in Perth overseeing the trips on a growing fleet of private superyachts. The fleet captain will work in tandem with the other fleet captain to cover guest trips and oversee maintenance periods. The vessels range in size from smaller 60' day yachts to the arrival of a 110' new build MY. Working in conjunction with a small management team, the captain should have excellent crew management skills, overseeing stewardesses, deckhands and chefs. The captain should have previous superyacht experience and be looking to be fully shore based in Perth with their own accommodation (open to relocations).

The vessels are largely used for day excursions privately with minimal guest numbers, busier in the summer months and moderately used in winter. The position could suit an experienced superyacht captain who has spent time in Europe or the US and is looking to relocate home.
