Rotational Bosun 70m+

An exciting opportunity for a Bosun to join a 70m+ private/charter motor yacht operating a varied dual-season programme. This is a busy programme, so the role is ideal for an experienced Bosun.

The role:

• Lead and manage day-to-day deck operations within a busy private/charter programme.
• Oversee deck maintenance, tender operations, guest activities, and overall presentation standards.
• Support and mentor junior deck crew while maintaining a positive and professional team environment.
• Varied itinerary including Northern European cruising, remote expedition-style owner trips, and charter operations.
• Upcoming programme includes adventurous cruising followed by a yard period before returning to the Caribbean season.
• Start date: ASAP or beginning of August.
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What we're looking for:

• Yachtmaster Offshore minimum.
• Previous Bosun experience preferred.
• Open to a very strong and experienced Lead Deckhand ready to step up.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage deck operations confidently.
