Temporary Deckhand – Chase Boat (Wajer 55)

Seeking an experienced male temporary deckhand due to cabin arrangements for a busy 16m Wajer 55 chase boat supporting a private/charter 90m yacht for the 2026 Mediterranean season.

Contract Details

  • Start: End of May 2026 – Sanremo
  • Finish: Early October 2026 – Monaco
  • Salary: €3,300/month (leave included)

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 full season experience on yachts or chase boats
  • Valid ENG1
  • Strong English required
  • Italian as a second language highly preferred
  • Candidates must already be based in the EU
  • Positive attitude, hard-working, and able to perform in a busy charter environment

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  < 24m or 30-39m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   charter
  • Experience length:  min 6 months

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, Spanish, Italian, French

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
