Position suitable for a team/couple.

40m private/charter MY seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join by the end of May.

The role:

  • Lead and manage the interior team across service, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Maintain high service standards while creating a welcoming guest environment
  • Oversee training, procedures, and day-to-day interior operations
  • Manage inventories, administration, and interior organisation
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience during busy charter periods
  • Private/charter program with an active schedule
  • Start date: end of May
  • B1/B2 visa preferred

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Chief Stewardess experience on similar sized vessels
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • High standards of service with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing a team and leading from the front
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a smooth onboard experience
  • Professional, positive, and adaptable approach
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
