Diver / Rescue (Female Candidate Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Water Safety & Rescue: Serve as the primary safety officer for all water activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and motorized water sports. Monitor environmental conditions—such as tides, currents, and weather—to assess risks before activities commence.

• Private Guiding & Support: Provide personalized underwater guiding for owners and guests, adjusting dive plans to suit varying experience levels. Assist with surface support for high-end equipment like underwater scooters or specialized photography gear.

• Emergency Management: Be prepared to lead emergency response protocols, including underwater searches, diver rescue, and the administration of first aid/oxygen if required.

• Equipment Maintenance: Manage the full lifecycle of diving and water sports gear (regulators, tanks, BCDs, jet skis, etc.), ensuring all items are serviced, certified, and in pristine condition.

• Logistics & Documentation: Maintain detailed dive logs, guest certifications, and safety records as required by estate protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Certification: Minimum of Rescue Diver certification (PADI, SSI, NAUI, or equivalent). Note: Divemaster or Instructor level is preferred for professional leadership roles.

• Medical & First Aid: Current First Aid/CPR and Oxygen Provider certifications are mandatory.

• Experience: Proven experience in recreational or professional diving, ideally within a luxury resort, private yacht, or high-net-worth (UHNW) environment.

• Physical Fitness: Must be in excellent physical condition and capable of passing a comprehensive diving medical examination.

Desired Skills:

• Technical Versatility: Familiarity with various water sports equipment like jet skis, flyboards, or e-foils.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service-first mindset; ability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure or emergency situations.

• Specialties: Additional certifications in Deep Diving, Nitrox, or Underwater Photography are highly advantageous.
