70m+ private/light charter motor yacht seeking a Temporary Chief Stewardess to join for a busy summer period. This is a hands-on leadership role within a well-run programme, suited to someone confident stepping in and maintaining strong standards from day one.

The role:

  • Oversee all interior operations across service, housekeeping and laundry
  • Lead and support the interior team during a busy guest period
  • Maintain high standards across both private use and light charter
  • Manage day-to-day organisation, scheduling and team coordination
  • Step in confidently and ensure continuity of operations
  • Contract dates: 9th June – 19th July
  • Potential to return in August for a further two months

What we're looking for:

  • Solid Chief Stewardess experience on vessels 60m+
  • Confident, hands-on leader able to hit the ground running
  • Flexible and adaptable approach within a busy programme
  • Strong organisational and team management skills
  • Professional, calm and solutions-focused
  • All standard yachting certifications

What’s on offer:

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
