50m+ Private & Charter Yacht | Mediterranean-based | Permanent Contract

About the Role
We are actively seeking an experienced and exceptionally polished Chief Stewardess to join the crew of a prestigious 50-metre private and charter yacht operating in the Mediterranean. This is a permanent position aboard a busy, high-standard programme — ideal for an interior leader who thrives in dynamic environments and consistently delivers refined, five-star service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, schedule, and mentor the interior team to consistently deliver five-star service.
  • Oversee all interior operations, including service, housekeeping, laundry, and provisioning.
  • Manage guest preferences, dietary requirements, and bespoke service standards across private and charter trips.
  • Plan and execute beverage service, including curated wine pairings and bar programming.
  • Maintain interior inventories, budgets, and supplier relationships in coordination with the Captain and Purser.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the Galley, Deck, and Bridge teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Uphold impeccable standards of presentation, hygiene, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Chief Stewardess aboard superyachts 50m and above.
  • Strong background across both private and charter operations.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine passion for five-star hospitality.
  • Advanced knowledge of cocktail mixology and full bar management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and mentor a multinational interior team.
  • Currently based in, or able to join, the Mediterranean.
  • STCW and ENG1 (or equivalent medical) up to date.
  • B1/B2 US visa holder preferred; additional languages an asset.
