Sole Steward / Stewardess – Private 32m M/Y

We are looking for a highly experienced Sole Steward or Stewardess to join a well-maintained 32m private motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean.

This is a busy summer programme, so the vessel requires someone confident, organised, hands-on and capable of managing the interior independently to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have solid experience on similar-sized yachts and will be comfortable working in a small crew environment where flexibility and teamwork are essential.

This role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Candidates currently based in Mallorca will be given priority.

Package: Salary paid in Euros, 38 days’ paid leave

Experience / Skills required:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as Sole Steward/ess on 20m+ motor yachts
• Previous experience on a similar busy private yacht programme is essential
• Confident managing the full interior independently
• Excellent attention to detail and high interior standards
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• High-level table service and guest care experience
• Hands-on, flexible attitude and willingness to assist on deck when required
• Fluent English
• Professional appearance and discreet manner
• Open to male or female candidates
• Female candidates must be comfortable sharing a cabin with a male crew member

Qualifications required:

• STCW, fully updated
• Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Valid Food Safety & Hygiene certification
• Seaman’s Discharge Book preferred

Only candidates with relevant and proven similar yacht experience will be considered due to the nature of this busy summer programme.
