100m+ private motor yacht seeking a Stewardess to join a well-established interior team on a busy, world-cruising programme. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced stew looking for stability, structure, and long-term balance with an excellent rotation.

The role:

  • Rotational role between housekeeping and service
  • Work under both Head of Service and Head of Housekeeping
  • Maintain high standards across guest areas and interior operations
  • Support busy guest periods with back-to-back trips
  • Diverse itinerary including Alaska, Canada, Norway, Costa Rica, and Mexico
  • Start date: 28th May 2026

What we're looking for:

  • Previous yachting experience essential - 1-2 years experience
  • Confident across both housekeeping and service
  • Able to integrate quickly into an established, high-performing team
  • Professional, proactive, and drama-free
  • Strong work ethic with a calm and personable approach
  • Comfortable in a busy programme with frequent guest trips
  • All certifications in hand (STCW, ENG1, PDSD, etc.)
  • B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
