Prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht seeking an experienced rotational Stewardess/Medic to join a highly established interior team. This is a key dual-role position within a busy private programme, suited to a confident professional who can balance high-end service with strong medical capability.

The role:

  • Dual role: approx. 80% Stewardess / 20% Medical responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards across service, housekeeping, and interior operations
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Owner and guests
  • Provide medical support onboard and during shore-based activities
  • Manage medical inventories, drills, records, and emergency planning
  • Support back-to-back guest trips with minimal turnaround time
  • Start date: 8th August 2026 (1-week handover onboard)

What we're looking for:

  • Registered Nurse or Paramedic (essential)
  • Minimum 1+ year post-qualification experience
  • Previous yachting experience required
  • Confident working independently on medical matters
  • Strong decision-making and ability to lead medical emergencies (ALS/full code capability)
  • Experience in A&E/ER preferred
  • Competent in ECG interpretation and managing acute conditions
  • Professional, pragmatic, and highly confident with guest interaction
  • Able to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced private environment
  • Female candidate due to cabin arrangements
  • All relevant certifications in hand (STCW, ENG1, PDSD, etc.)
  • B1/B2 highly desirable, Schengen if required

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
