Female Butler / Cook – Dubai

We are working with a private client residing at One at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, to assist in hiring a full-time Female Butler / Cook. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an intimate, well-run household in one of Dubai's most prestigious addresses, supporting a professional couple with a clear and consistent routine.

The role is primarily hands-on and operational in nature, combining polished butler service with daily meal preparation for a principal who follows a structured and health-focused dietary plan. The candidate will work alongside an existing maid, overseeing their day-to-day duties to ensure the smooth running of a beautifully maintained 300 sqm residence.

As the principals are frequently away due to professional commitments, the successful candidate must be highly self-motivated, discreet, and able to maintain the highest standards independently. This is a live-out position based in Dubai, and the successful candidate must be comfortable working within a structured household with clear expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily in accordance with a structured meal rotation of ten health-focused recipes.
• Follow precise dietary guidelines, including accurate portioning and preparation of meals.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all meals, ensuring principals' preferences and dietary requirements are always met.
• Provide polished, attentive butler service throughout the household.
• Manage wardrobe care, including garment maintenance, laundering, ironing, and seasonal organisation.
• Oversee and supervise the maid, providing clear daily direction to maintain household standards.
• Ensure the residence is immaculately presented at all times.
• Run personal errands for the principals as required.
• Manage household supplies and grocery procurement, with particular attention to fresh produce and dietary staples.
• Liaise professionally with external suppliers and service providers when necessary.
• Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure the home is always guest-ready and maintained to an exceptional standard.

Ideal Candidate

• Female as requested by the client.
• Previous experience as a butler or household manager, ideally within a UHNW or luxury private household environment.
• Confident and capable cook, comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals to a consistently high standard.
• Ability to follow a set meal plan precisely, with strong attention to detail in portioning and preparation.
• Experience managing or supervising household staff.
• Immaculate presentation and professional manner.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, adaptable approach.
• Discreet, loyal, and respectful of the principals' privacy and routines.
• Must be based in Dubai.

Package

• Working schedule: 6 days a week.
• Visa and health insurance provided.
• 30 days' holiday per annum.
• Salary: 15,000 AED – 20,000 AED net per month.
