Seasonal Villa Hostess - Gerona

Silver Swan Recruitment is currently seeking a charming and professional Villa Hostesses to work throughout July and August for our returning client at their beautiful family villa in Gerona, Spain. The Villa Hostesses will be required to work for a period of two months, from the end of June until the end of August 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates hoping to enter the private household or yachting industry, and those with at least one season's experience in a villa or chalet environment are encouraged to apply. UK and EU passport holders are welcome.

Please note: Candidates must hold an EU or UK passport prior to applying as visa sponsorship is not available. If you do not hold an EU or UK passport, your application will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily food and beverage service for the family and up to twelve guests, including children.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of table and kitchen areas throughout service.
• Work closely with the chef to prepare service areas ahead of each meal.
• Set and clear tables to a high standard, ensuring impeccable presentation at all times.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with the family and their guests.

Ideal Candidate:

• Polite, welcoming, and professional in manner.
• Hardworking, with a positive and enthusiastic approach.
• Fluent in English.
• Holder of a valid EU or UK passport.
• Previous experience in a villa, chalet, or yacht environment.
• Kind, energetic, and a strong team player.
• Holds a valid driver's licence.

Package

• Working schedule: 1–2 days off per week, 8–9 hours per day.
• Salary: £700 net per week.
