We are working with a prominent ultra-high-net-worth client based in New York City to hire a full-time Personal Assistant. This role will primarily support the principal, with regular interaction with the principal’s wife, particularly in coordinating travel arrangements. This is a unique and exceptional opportunity to support both the CEO and their partner in a dual-principal capacity, managing all aspects of their personal lives whilst overseeing select executive priorities. The role is centered around luxury lifestyle management, seamless global travel coordination, and the curation of exclusive, access-driven experiences at the very highest level.

The successful candidate will bring a deeply embedded network within New York City’s premier hospitality, fine dining, and cultural landscape, drawing on this to anticipate needs and deliver white-glove, concierge-level service at every turn. Approximately 20–25% of the role will encompass executive support functions, including complex business travel coordination and calendar management, requiring the ability to transition fluidly between lifestyle and corporate priorities.

Based in the Flatiron District, New York City, this position requires full-time, in-office presence five days per week, with some flexibility to work remotely when the principals are travelling. The ideal candidate will be available around the clock with flexibility across evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 24/7 white-glove lifestyle and concierge support to two principals, with full flexibility across evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Secure priority access to New York City’s most exclusive restaurants, members-only venues, and high-demand reservations.
  • Book and coordinate VIP nightlife experiences, private events, and culturally relevant social occasions, including high-profile music and underground venue access.
  • Provide highly tailored, insider-driven recommendations informed by real-time industry knowledge.
  • Plan and execute complex, high-touch global travel including multi-leg itineraries, luxury accommodations, villa bookings, private aviation, and bespoke on-the-ground experiences.
  • Coordinate and support high-profile experiential travel and large-scale events, including festival environments and international curated gatherings, with a VIP lens.
  • Leverage an established and active network across hospitality, fine dining, and cultural spaces to unlock access not available through traditional channels.
  • Act as central liaison across personal staff, vendors, hospitality partners, and key external relationships.
  • Coordinate business travel that integrates seamlessly with personal plans, alongside scheduling, diary management, and occasional office-related priorities.
  • Manage and track all expenses relating to lifestyle, travel, and entertainment.
  • Represent the principals with polish, professionalism, and absolute discretion across all interactions.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise and resolve issues in real time with efficiency and composure.

Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of five years’ experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals in a private office, lifestyle management, or Executive Personal Assistant capacity, including experience working directly for a CEO.
  • A deeply embedded and highly active network in New York City across hospitality, fine dining, nightlife, events, and cultural spaces – essential.
  • Proven ability to secure hard-to-access reservations, VIP experiences, and exclusive entry.
  • Strong familiarity with NYC’s top-tier restaurant landscape, emerging trends, and culturally relevant scenes.
  • Demonstrated experience planning luxury, complex, and highly customized global travel, including experiential and event-based itineraries.
  • Ability to transition fluidly between lifestyle management and executive support responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism in all settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Must hold the right to work in the USA and be based in New York City.
  • Stronger preference for candidates with experience working with concierge companies, travel agencies or premium travel services.

Package

  • Working schedule: 5 days per week in office, with flexibility when principals are travelling.
  • Salary: $150,000 per annum, plus dependent on experience.
  • Annual discretionary performance bonus.
  • 15 days PTO, 10 legal holidays, and sick days.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) with up to 10% employer match.
  • Life insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.
  • Commuter benefits and corporate discounts.
  • Development opportunities through LinkedIn Learning.
  • Collaborative and dynamic office environment.
