100m+ private MY seeking an experienced Purser to join mid May. This is a senior role within a large, well-structured program, suited to someone highly organised with a strong background in administration, finance, and crew logistics.
The role:
- Oversee all administrative operations onboard
- Manage budgeting, accounts, and financial reporting
- Handle crew logistics including travel, visas, and rotations
- Support HR processes, contracts, and crew records
- Liaise with shore-side management and external stakeholders
- Private program with a structured operation
- Start date: Mid May
- B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred
What we're looking for:
- Strong Purser experience on vessels 80m+
- Minimum 8+ years in the yachting industry
- Proven experience in accounts, budgeting, and administration
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, discreet, and solutions-focused
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
