Bosun – Charter 49m M/Y

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established 49m charter motor yacht operating a busy Mediterranean season. The vessel is looking for a confident and hands-on Bosun to lead the deck team, maintain high standards, and support smooth charter operations. If you enjoy an active role with responsibility and teamwork, this could be a very rewarding position.

Start date: 15 May 2026
Itinerary: Mediterranean (based in Italy)
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 60 days paid leave

Experience/Skills required:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as Bosun on a similar size yacht
• Experience managing and leading at least 2 deck crew
• Strong deck knowledge including maintenance, watersports, and tender operations
• Confident leader with good organisational and communication skills
• Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Charter experience preferred

Qualifications required:

• Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
