We have a 45m private/charter MY seeking a Deckhand to join ASAP. This is a newly purchased yacht preparing to launch a busy charter program in the United States. The vessel will operate in the United States for the next year before repositioning to the Mediterranean and transitioning into a dual-season private/charter programme.

The role:

  • Full deckhand supporting exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Assist with tender driving and watersports.
  • Active involvement in guest interaction during charters.
  • Busy charter programme based in the United States, with future Mediterranean operations.
  • Start date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate).

What we're looking for:

  • Previous yachting experience preferred (minimum 6–12 months).
  • Yachtmaster qualification.
  • Strong teamwork, practical skills, and a hands-on approach.
  • B1/B2 visa required.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: €3,000 per month.
  • Leave: 40 days.
  • Busy US-based charter programme transitioning into a dual-season private/charter schedule next year.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
