We are seeking a First Officer to join a newly purchased 45m MY preparing to launch a busy charter programme in the United States. The vessel will operate in the United States for the next year before repositioning to the Mediterranean, transitioning into a dual-season private/charter programme.

Role:

  • Support the Captain in all aspects of deck operations, safety management, and daily vessel operations.
  • Oversee deck operations, ensuring high standards across maintenance, presentation, and guest readiness.
  • Lead and manage junior deck crew.
  • Take responsibility for safety procedures, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Busy charter programme in the United States with future Mediterranean operations.
  • Start date: ASAP

Requirements:

  • OOW 3000GT minimum.
  • Previous First Officer experience preferred.
  • Strong operational and safety knowledge.
  • Proven leadership experience on deck.
  • Confident, hands-on, and capable of supporting a busy charter programme.
  • Professional, organised, and able to lead by example.
  • B1/B2 visa required.

  • Salary: €7,000 per month.
  • Leave: 40 days.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
