70m+ private/charter MY seeking a Stewardess to join ASAP in Palma. This is a busy, well-run programme with a supportive interior team, suited to someone confident across both housekeeping and service.

  • Floater position between housekeeping and service
  • Maintain high standards across guest cabins and service areas
  • Support during busy owner trips and charter periods
  • Work closely with the interior team across all departments
  • Private/charter programme with an active schedule
  • Start date: ASAP – Palma
  • 4:1 rotation
  • B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ yachting experience on vessels 50m+
  • Confident in both housekeeping and service
  • Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented
  • Able to perform well in a busy charter environment
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
