Stewardess - 30m Yacht - Mediterranean

• Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and service-driven Stewardess to manage interior operations onboard a 31-meter explorer yacht cruising the Mediterranean. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a refined yet warm guest experience.

Candidates with spa, wellness, or fitness experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Interior & Housekeeping
  • Full responsibility for interior presentation and upkeep to a high standard
  • Daily housekeeping, turn-down service, and laundry/wardrobe management
  • Inventory control and provisioning for interior supplies

• Service
  • Provide professional food and beverage service (silver service a plus)
  • Table setting and theme styling appropriate to guest preferences
  • Assist with guest hosting and ensure a seamless onboard experience
• Spa & Wellness (Not Mandatory)
  • Deliver basic spa treatments (e.g., massage, facials, manicures/pedicures if qualified)
  • Lead or assist with fitness sessions such as stretching, yoga, or light training
  • Support guests’ wellness routines and create a relaxing onboard environment

Administration

• Manage interior accounts and expense tracking
• Coordinate with captain and chef for guest preferences
• Maintain guest preference sheets and service standard
• Help other members when required including ability to docking and maneuvering

Requirement

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a stewardess on yachts
• Valid STCW certification
• ENG1 medical certificate (or equivalent)
• Strong housekeeping and service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Discreet, professional, and guest-focused
