  • Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented Stewardess with at least 3 years of experience to join a premier 31m luxury yacht. This role requires a versatile individual capable of maintaining 7-star standards across interior service, housekeeping, and guest relations. The vessel operates a busy schedule including both private owner use and high-end Mediterranean charters. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possessing the refined "invisible service" touch required for discerning owners, while maintaining the energy and charisma necessary for successful charter seasons.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Guest Service & Hospitality
      • Deliver exceptional silver service, wine service, and cocktail preparation.
      • Manage guest transitions, including arrivals, departures, and luggage handling.
      • Act as a primary point of contact for guests, anticipating needs and required services
      • Coordinate themed events, formal dinners, and beach setups for guests.
    • Interior Maintenance & Housekeeping:
      • Maintain the interior to "show-ready" standards at all times, including detailed cleaning of cabins, heads, and salon areas.
      • Execute professional laundry services, including delicate fabric care, pressing, and inventory management of luxury linens.
      • Perform meticulous flower arranging and table settings (tablescaping).
    • Management & Administration:
      • Manage interior provisioning, ensuring high-quality stock levels within budget.
      • Maintain an accurate inventory of fine china, crystal, and silver.
      • Ensure compliance with all safety and emergency protocols.
      • Coordinate with the galley for seamless meal service and dietary requirement management.
      • Support and help other team members when required
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the superyacht industry, preferably with a mix of private and charter experience on vessels of a similar size.
    • Certifications:
      • Valid STCW Basic Safety Training.
      • ENG1 Medical Certificate.
      • Food Health & Safety Level 2.
      • Technical Skills: High proficiency in laundry care, housekeeping techniques, and various service styles (Silver, Russian, Family).
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Immaculate personal presentation and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
    • Preference with those with spa skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
    • Discreet, professional, and culturally aware.
    • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on cruise ships or yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  < 24m, 24-29m or 30-39m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Experience length:  min 2 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
