2nd Officer 100m

A fantastic opportunity for a strong Second Officer to join a 100m private motor yacht that launched last year. The vessel is operating a world-cruising program with a Pacific-based itinerary over the next 12 months. This position will be suited to an experienced officer.

The role/program:

• The 2nd Officer runs the bridge and oversees safety onboard, alongside the 3rd Officer.
• World-cruising program with a Pacific-focused itinerary for the coming year.
• Join a well-established vessel launched last year with a strong structure already in place.
• Start date: early to mid-May.
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What we're looking for:

• Chief Mate 3000gt (essential).
• 3-4 years' experience as a Second Officer.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the industry with clear progression through the ranks.
• Proven longevity and solid time on previous vessels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage bridge and safety responsibilities confidently.
• Professional, driven, and able to integrate into a close-knit, high-performing team.
