100m+ new build private MY seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join ASAP (early May at the latest). This is an opportunity to join at launch stage, supporting the setup of housekeeping standards within a large, well-structured interior team.

The role:

  • Support the Head of Housekeeping in leading the department
  • Help guide and develop the housekeeping team to maintain high standards
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest and crew areas
  • Assist with establishing procedures, inventories, and systems during build phase
  • Private program with a structured new build phase
  • Start date: ASAP (early May at the latest)
  • Schengen visa preferred

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years' yachting experience on vessels 70m+
  • Strong housekeeping background with leadership exposure
  • Confident supporting and guiding a housekeeping team
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and team-focused
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
