100m+ new build private MY seeking a Lead Service Stewardess to join ASAP (early May at the latest). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new program, supporting the setup of service standards within a large, professional interior team.

The role:

  • Support the 2nd Stewardess in leading the service department
  • Help guide and develop the service team to maintain high standards
  • Deliver and oversee service across formal and informal settings
  • Assist with establishing service procedures and onboard standards
  • Private program with a structured new build phase
  • Start date: ASAP (early May at the latest)
  • Schengen visa preferred

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years' yachting experience on vessels 70m+
  • Strong service background with leadership exposure
  • Confident supporting and guiding a service team
  • Professional, organised, and detail-focused
  • Positive, team-oriented approach
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
