Deckhand 55m

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deckhand to join a 55m private/light charter motor yacht operating an adventurous program.

The role:

• Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
• Assist with anchoring, launching tenders, bridge watches, and watersports.
• Opportunity to learn to drive a 47ft Freeman and develop advanced tender skills.
• Program includes spearfishing and occasional surfing depending on location.
• Current itinerary: Bahamas, heading to New York for a July trip, with further plans TBC (historically world-cruising and remote destinations).
• Start date: 15th June.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally one season of yachting experience; boating background preferred.
• Confident, active, and keen to get involved in a watersports-driven program.
• Additional skills such as photography/videography or personal training advantageous; spearfishing or surfing experience a bonus.
• Yachtmaster advantageous but not essential.
• B1/B2 visa preferred (potential support available).
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What's on offer:

• Salary: 3200 - 3500 Euros (DOE).
