90m+ private MY seeking a Rotational Head of Service to join at the end of May. This is a senior position within a large interior team of 11, suited to someone with proven leadership and a strong track record on similar-sized vessels.

The role:

  • Lead and manage all service operations onboard
  • Oversee and develop the service team within a larger interior department
  • Ensure consistent, high-level service standards across all guest experiences
  • Manage service planning, events, and beverage service
  • Work closely with the Chief Stewardess to maintain smooth interior operations
  • Private program with an established structure
  • Start date: End of May
  • B1/B2 and valid Schengen visas preferred

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Head of Service experience on 90m+ vessels
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Confident delivering and overseeing high-end service standards
  • Organised, professional, and detail-focused
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
