90m+ private/charter motor yacht with a dual season program seeking a Head of Service to join 18th May. This is a key leadership role within a busy, guest-focused program, overseeing a small and professional service team.

  • Lead and manage a service team of three
  • Oversee all guest service operations, maintaining high and consistent standards
  • Manage service setups including formal dining, events, and beverage service
  • Train and support the service team to deliver a polished guest experience
  • Work closely with the Chief Stewardess to ensure smooth interior operations
  • Private/charter dual season program
  • Start date: 18th May
  • B1/B2 and Schengen visas preferred

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' service experience on vessels 70m+
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a service team
  • Confident across all aspects of fine dining and beverage service
  • Charter experience advantageous
  • Professional, organised, and detail-focused approach
  • All standard yachting certifications

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
