Stewardess/Deckhand SY Shambho Y7

About the position

We are looking for an experienced stewardess for a summer season on board S/Y Shambho, a sailing yacht of approximately 20–30m. The yacht will be cruising the coasts of Spain and Italy throughout the season. You will be responsible for the full interior and assist on deck as deckhand when needed.

Responsibilities

• Full management of the interior on board
• Daily cleaning of cabins, saloon and galley
• Guest-oriented service to owner and guests
• Preparing and serving meals
• Assisting on deck as deckhand
• Docking, mooring and watch duties
• Provisioning and stock management

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 seasons experience on yachts (required)
• Experience on owner-operated yachts is a strong asset
• STCW Basic Safety Training certificate
• Discreet, professional and guest-focused
• Good sea legs & flexible attitude
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Fluent in English; Italian or Spanish is a plus
• Valid First Aid certificate
