Crew HR Manager

Wilsonhalligan are looking for an experienced Crew HR Manager, based within the South of France.

As a Crew HR Manager, you will oversee all crew employment across the fleet. Including recruitment coordination, contracts, payroll and maritime regulations. You will work closely with Yacht Managers and Captains to ensure professional and compliant crew management.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
