We are pleased to be working with a private, down-to-earth British couple to recruit a full-time Private PA and Lifestyle Manager based in London. The Principals are primarily based in Dubai, with international travel to the UK and US, and are seeking a highly capable individual to support their personal affairs with care, precision, and consistency.

This is a role suited to someone who takes pride in doing things thoughtfully and exceptionally well. It is not a high-pressure, high-volume position, but rather one that requires attention to detail, patience, and a genuine commitment to quality. The focus is on delivery to a very high standard, with a proactive and considered approach whilst working towards and driving the desired outcome.

The successful candidate will be working remotely as part of a small, collaborative team, including a Dubai-based family office and a UK-based PA. Travel to Dubai will be required up to four times per year, for approximately two weeks per visit, with advance notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated private PA support to the Principals, focused entirely on personal matters.
  • Manage diaries with foresight and care, ensuring days and weeks are thoughtfully planned ahead.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transport, and detailed itineraries.
  • Oversee health and wellness scheduling, including medical, physiotherapy, fitness, and wellbeing appointments.
  • Research and recommend restaurants, service providers, and experiences aligned with the Principals’ preferences.
  • Handle correspondence with discretion, acting as a trusted and polished point of contact.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as bookings, procurement of personal items and gifts, and document organization.
  • Liaise closely with the wider team to ensure seamless communication and continuity.
  • Attend regular team meetings and manage follow-up actions carefully.
  • Continuously look for small but meaningful ways to improve processes and add value.
  • Always maintain absolute discretion and professionalism.

Working Style & Expectations

  • A calm, consistent approach is essential and this role values accuracy and thoughtfulness over speed.
  • The Principals appreciate individuals who are proactive, detail-focused, and quietly dependable.
  • The role requires a 24/7 mindset, as personal support naturally continues (in practice, there is low to no work on the weekends unless the Principal is travelling and you are tracking logistics).
  • Strong emphasis on kindness, patience, and emotional intelligence in all interactions.
  • Acting as a trusted ambassador of the Principals at all times.

Ideal Candidate

  • 10–15+ years’ experience as a Private PA supporting UHNW individuals or within a private/family office environment.
  • Demonstrable longevity in previous roles, reflecting reliability and commitment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a natural sense of ownership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional tone.
  • A structured, methodical thinker who enjoys planning and refining details.
  • Proactive, but measured and someone who takes time to get things right.
  • Warm, discreet, and emotionally intelligent, with strong interpersonal instincts.
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining close alignment with a small team.
  • European passport holder with ease of travel to the UAE.
  • Must be based in London.

Package

  • Full-time position, UK based role (working remotely, from home).
  • Travel to Dubai up to four times per year, approximately two weeks per visit.
  • Health insurance reimbursed annually.
  • Salary: £60,000 – £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
