Chief Stewardess Position

Position: Chief Stewardess – 55m Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Stewardess to join a 55m private motor yacht. The cruising itinerary is Western Mediterranean. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and establishing refined interior standards onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of 3 interior crew to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Implement and maintain high-level service standards tailored to a private program
• Oversee all interior departments including housekeeping, service, laundry, and guest experience
• Plan and execute high-end table settings, events, and guest service with attention to detail
• Manage inventory, provisioning, and interior budgets efficiently
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented onboard culture

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong service background with a passion for luxury hospitality
• Ability to create structure, systems, and consistency within the interior team

Certifications Required:

• STCW (Basic Safety Training)
• Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Food & Hygiene Level 2
