100m+ private dual season MY seeking an experienced Head of Service to join 5th May. This is a senior position within a large, well-structured interior team, suited to someone confident leading service to a high standard across a busy program.

The role:

  • Lead all guest service operations onboard
  • Manage and train the service team to maintain consistent, high standards
  • Oversee service setups including events and beverage service
  • Manage service-related administration, budgeting, and accounting processes
  • Work closely with the Chief Stewardess to ensure seamless interior operations
  • Private dual season program
  • Start date: 5th May
  • B1/B2 visa preferred

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Head of Service experience on vessels 70m+
  • Strong longevity in previous roles
  • Strong admin skills with experience in accounting and budgeting
  • Confident leading and developing a service team
  • PDSD and all standard yachting certifications
  • Professional, organised, and detail-focused

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
