About This role

Lead Deckhand – Private – 100m+ Motor Yacht

Hill Robinson is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Lead Deckhand to join a highly desirable 100m+ Motor Yacht. The vessel operates on a busy Dual Season itinerary and runs a Private program.

Start date: Mid May
Itinerary: Dual Season (Med/Caribbean)
Rotation: 3:1
Salary: Paid in EUR

Experience and attributes required:
– 3+ years of Yachting experience
– At least 1 year of proven leadership on Deck in a similar role
– Strong Tender driver over 10m+ – Vikal tender driving experience would be desired.
– Confident in leading a team
– Excellent communication skills

Qualifications required:
– Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
– STCW (fully updated)
– Yachtmaster (Mandatory)
– Watersports Instructor Qualifications (desired)
– HLO/HDA (desired)

Candidates must meet the criteria listed.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
